I was born April 2, 1991 to John and Cynthia Watkins in Lakeland, FL I have an older sister and brother Jennifer and Brian. As a young child, I spent my time playing with friends, watching TV, reading, and singing on my swing. When I was little we found out that I have turners syndrome, and that I was deaf in my left ear. Turners Syndrome affects the pituitary gland and is a result of a broken x chromosome during conception. Despite that I did well in school and hearing people. I dealt with a lot of short jokes but who doesn't deal with something like that? When i was in 2nd grade i had to get my tonsils removed. My singing voice was pretty much shot for many years but I did the best I could to learn to get around that. I cheerlead for six years starting when I was 10 and loved it but ran into trouble in high school because I didn't fit in very well with the other girls. During high school things at home got rough...parents fighting, no money, the usual. Eventually my mom and I moved out. In college I hit a depression. I was in need of the Lord desperately and went to Him and was saved. That depression was a long hard 6 months that was by far the darkest time of my life. But during that I met my boyfriend Brian Smither who is simply awesome. Now, I'm working at Universal Studios and Disney and having a blast.
