Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our services, please review our cancellation policy: Cancellation by the Client: More than 90 Days Before the Event: Full refund of the deposit minus a $500 administrative fee. 30-89 Days Before the Event: 50% refund of the deposit. Less than 30 Days Before the Event: No refund of the deposit. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. If the new date is available, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled date. A rescheduling fee may apply, and any difference in package price will be adjusted accordingly. Cancellation by the Photographer: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill our commitment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund of the deposit or assist in finding a qualified replacement photographer. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform any part of this agreement due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work together to find an amicable solution, including rescheduling or a partial refund if applicable. Note: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and the effective cancellation date will be the date we receive the written notice.
